Red Rock spring break

This year we headed to Red Rock Casino Resort for spring break with our friends the Garriotts and the Ormsbys. We had a great time hiking in Red Rock Canyon, hanging out by the pool, and eating the days away!

Nate's Birthday

We celebrated this guy's 7th birthday with a football party at S House!!!! The men perfectly orchestrated a flag football game- and each payer had their own black shirt (donned by Natey, below).

Cake and pizza were served!

And all the auntie's got to hang out.... Even though the football siren was too loud for sweet Mia!

And the ladies loved announcing in the booth! 

In all, the birthday boy had a great time!!!!

San Antonio

Over New Years, Scott was the head coach of the US Army All American Football game. We are so proud of him! 

After the game, we celebrated his team's win- it was an exciting game- with a fancy dinner in the private dining room at Ruth's Chris. It was a great time to spend with our family, who came to support and watch the game: Kiki, Kurt, Chloe, nana, Hal, Mimi, Uncle Don and Cheryl Howe.

We enjoyed being on the field inside the Alamodome!

In our free time, we did the mirror maze, the lazer maze, and visited the Ripley's museum. Luke and I went to the Alamo and also saw a short IMAX film on its history.

One of the highlights was the family- friendly Spurs game!

Mammoth Redux

We headed back to Mammoth For the second time this season, this time with our friends the Masseys. Although there was far more dirt than snow, Luke learned to snowboard and Nate learned to shred! Below, Quinn, Surina, Nate and Luke get crazy in the condo.This picture shows Nate's very first trip up a real ski lift! He mastered both Schoolyard Express (pictured) and Canyon Express!
