Our day trip to Ensenada was sort of a bust. BUT, also, not. The kids got to pose with all these cool creatures, including Viagra Man. Scott and Luke got matching ponchos. Nate got a new guitar, which he would stop to play in the streets. We explored a beachside resort, paid money to hang out, and then asked for a refund when we realized we were lacking the appropriate bathing suits. We rode in a horse and carriage. We saw a ton of sea lions lounging on the dock in the harbor.
The best part: heading back to the near empty ship in time for lunch, and hanging at the pool, where Luke made friends with a bunch of girls in the jacuzzi. There was a water balloon game, and Luke made sure that all the girls had water balloons to hold and play with in the jacuzzi. What a charmer!
